Compliance (Code of Conduct) Freight

The term compliance (or Code of Conduct) means acting in accordance and harmony with applicable law.
In this sense our Compliance directives as an in-plant regulation aim the conversion of legal regulations, however, also the observance of social basic values.

Hence, our directives are based on convictions and basic values.
They preserve our obligation to honesty and integrity, our aspiration to contribute to the progress of the humanity and our serious concern, that every business or other relation which we enter, should be an advantage for both sides.

Compliance is not temporary fashion but has a long tradition

That's the reason why we are always talking about the fair businessman. Only who behaves confidently in his dealings, can exist on a continuing basis. If the trust has broken, business partners will turn away.
