The date for introducing the general obligatory pre-announcement for truck transportes has been set.
From the start of the early shift on Wednesday, 30 November 2016, all containers transported by truck must be pre-announced at the Container Teminals Altenwerder (CTA), Burchardkai (CTB) and Tollerort (CTT). Shipments that which not pre-announced can no longer be handled!
All of HHLA’s Hamburg terminals have been already been working with the TR02, version 14 data interface since April 2016, which has laid the groundwork for introducing the obligatory pre-announcement. All haulage companies and truck drivers involved are strongly urged to use the pre-announcement from now on.
